Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
More than 90 days before the event: 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
Between 60-90 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

Closest airport for India retreat: You can arrive either in Chennai or Bangalore (aka Bengaluru). Chennai is slightly closer, but both are good options.
Closest Airport for Italy retreat: Florence is the closest. Rome, which is about two hours away by car, is also a good option for many international flights.
